I loved painting this special collection of flowers! Wasn’t it Henri Matisse that said ‘There are always flowers for those who want to see them’?

This painting is part of the collection ‘Mini garden fairies’. Oil paint and cold wax medium on Arches Oil paper.

I photograph every painting in natural daylight to show the colours as truthfully as I can. Please allow for slight variation depending on your screen, and note that photographs flatten texture, so the surface is richer in person.
